Lead Time & Production Schedule
We know how important timing is—especially for events and giveaways. To help you plan ahead, here’s our official production lead time for customized orders at Koora Prints.
✅ Standard Production
Lead Time
Our lead time depends on the total quantity of your order:
Under 50 pieces: 3–4 working days
51–100 pieces: 5–7 working days
Over 100 pieces: 10–15 working days
These timelines apply to production only and do not yet include delivery/shipping time.
When does Lead Time start?
Production lead time officially begins once BOTH of these are completed:
✅ Final design/layout is approved
✅ Down payment is made
This ensures we can properly schedule your order in our production queue and begin printing right away.
Important Reminders
To avoid delays, please take note of the following:
Your lead time does not start while layout is still being revised.
Any changes requested after approval may affect the schedule.
During peak seasons (weddings, Christmas, graduation), lead times may extend due to high volume.
