  You will receive the final layout for approval before production begins.
  

• No changes after approval

  Once you approve the final layout, no further changes can be made.
  

• Production starts after DP

  Production begins only after the down payment is confirmed.
  

• Remaining balance

  The remaining balance is due the day before shipping or pick-up.
