We ship via Lalamove for orders within Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila. For other areas, we use J&T and LBC. Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the size of your order. For estimated delivery times, please refer to the respective logistics provider's website.

Can I personally pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, you have the option to personally pick up your order. Please coordinate with our team to confirm the pick-up schedule and pick-up address.

What shipping options do you offer?

For Lalamove and similar couriers, customers are responsible for arranging and booking the service to ensure smoother coordination with the rider. After booking, customers are encouraged to share the rider's details for proper identification. In return, we will provide pictures of the rider during pick-up for added confirmation.

How does the delivery process work for Lalamove and similar couriers?

What is the typical lead time for an order?

For orders:

• Below 50 pcs - 3 to 5 days

• 50 to 100 pcs - 5-7 days

• 100 to 200 pcs - 7-14 days

Bulk orders may require additional time.

Can I expedite the lead time for my order?

Yes, expedited processing may be available for an additional fee, depending on the current order volume at the time. Please contact our support team for assistance.

LEAD TIME

What is the mode of payment?

We require a 50% down payment before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid a day before the scheduled shipment or pick-up.

Once payment has been received and confirmed, the exact pick-up address will be provided for Lalamove or personal pick-up arrangement.

What is the payment arrangement?

Payments can be made via Gcash or bank transfer (payment details are noted in the sales invoice).

Customers are required to provide a screenshot of their payment confirmation (via GCash or bank transfer) for verification purposes.
